Wild Roots provides a fine dining experience for your intimate wedding of up to 20 guests. Chef Nikki and her team create and deliver the wow factor. Simply said, each bite is a taste sensation.
Wild Roots will create a bespoke five-course menu based on your preferences and dietary requirements using flavours and seasonal ingredients to create delicious food that we know you and your guests will love.
Nikki is Michelin-trained and has enjoyed years of culinary experience in some of the world’s exceptional restaurants, lodges and mega yachts and she now takes pleasure in providing custom culinary experiences for her clients in Taupo.
Chef Nikki loves New Zealand produce and is very conscious of where all her ingredients come from. Her preference is to use food that’s been ethically sourced and produced and much of that is right here in Taupo. Chef Nikki’s menus are created with the best fresh, seasonal produce in mind and as sourced as locally as possible, some ingredients are grown in her own backyard.
All is taken care with Wild Roots; Chef Nikki and her team prepare, cook, plate and serve a five-star experience at whatever wedding venue you have selected; perhaps you have found the most perfect holiday home or you have a unique venue in mind. Wild Roots can be flexible to your requirements. All you’ll need to do is relax and enjoy the company of your guests and the incredible flavours of Nikki’s culinary experience and expertise.
